Privacy policy
Note for the client: this is a starting draft covering the Australian Privacy Principles for a B2B contractor. Have it reviewed before launch.
What we collect
Through the capability-download and RFQ forms we collect your name, organisation, role, work email, phone and the scope details you provide. Through careers applications we collect your name, contact details, licences and any message. If you contact us directly we hold whatever you provide.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and tenders, deliver and administer contracted works, invoice, and — for applications — assess and contact you about roles. Organisation and role are collected so we can route your enquiry to the right account manager.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to deliver the work — for example a client's site-induction platform, subcontracted specialists, or our accountant. We do not sell contact details or share them with marketing companies.
How long we keep it
Contract, quote and invoice records are retained as long as tax, warranty and statutory obligations require. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted when clearly inactive. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to retain them.
Website analytics
This site records anonymous usage — which pages are viewed, which documents are requested, and whether the phone number is tapped — so we can improve it. It is not linked to your identity.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email accounts@example.com.au or call 1300 000 000.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your information, tell us first and we will address it. If you remain dissatisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
