You would price commercial hydraulic and mechanical scopes from drawings, prepare tender and RFQ responses, and administer live maintenance contracts. A role for someone who reads a scope closely and prices it honestly.

Required

  • Estimating experience in plumbing, mechanical or building services
  • Able to read and take off from drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Trade background an advantage
